Program description

Nova Wholesale USA INC sends recurring marketing and promotional text messages to existing and prospective customers who have expressly opted in directly with Nova Wholesale USA. Messages may include new arrivals, restocks, wholesale offers, promotions, and store updates. Recipients opt in through a Nova Wholesale USA web sign-up form using a separate, unchecked SMS marketing consent checkbox. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The current version is always published on this page, with its version and last-updated date. Changes apply from the moment they are published, except for orders already placed, which remain subject to the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
